The Choir by NST
NST Choir (often referred to as NST Vocal) is a free, simple choir/choral virtual instrument plugin created by bigcat Instruments, designed to give producers and composers easy access to basic vocal textures without needing high-end commercial libraries.
It’s a sample-based choral instrument rather than a full-featured orchestral choir library, and it includes a set of choral patches split across different vocal ranges so you can add choir harmonies or background vocal pads to your projects.
Because it’s lightweight and compatible with common plugin formats, it’s a popular choice for simple choir needs when budget is a concern or you want quick inspiration without deep scripting.
