The Custom Hand Build Conchers Baritone With Fuzz by Castedosa Custom Guitars
Hand-Built By Carlos Lopez - Hand-Wound TS Mini Humbuckers w/La Raza Fuzz - Quarter Sawn Roasted Maple Neck Castedosa Conchers Baritone w/Fuzz | Aged 3-Tone Sunburst Sparkle - Rosewood
Introducing the Castedosa Conchers Baritone, a meticulously crafted masterpiece by Carlos Lopez, a distinguished figure in the guitar-making industry with nearly two decades of experience, notably as a Master Builder at the Fender Custom Shop. Carlos has earned acclaim for his collaborations with artists such as Ariel Posen, Eric Clapton, and Jeff Beck, demonstrating a relentless pursuit of excellence in his craft.
Named in honour of Carlos' late grandfather, whose profound influence shaped his inspiration and dedication, the Conchers Baritone stands as a testament to the rich legacy behind Castedosa Guitars. The meticulous attention to detail is evident in every aspect of this instrument.
Crafted with precision, the Conchers Baritone features an Alder body with arm and body contours and finished in Aged 3-Tone Sunburst Sparkle Lacquer. This masterpiece boasts a Mastery bridge and tremolo whilst the Tortoise Half pickgaurd adds the final touch to its aesthetic.
The neck is constructed from Quarter Sawn Roasted Maple, boasting a "Medium V" profile with a Dark Mole Tint finish and a Rosewood Fretboard. Additional features include Kluson Tuners, 21 Jescar Frets, a 27" Scale Length, 12" Radius, Nut Width of 1.725, Cream Neck Binding, Block inlays, and a Bone Nut.
Delivering a powerful sonic experience, the Conchers Baritone is equipped with 3 Custom Castedosa Hand Wound TS Mini Humbuckers. Control is at your fingertips with Volume and Tone controls, a 5-Way Switchcraft pickup selector, CTS Pots, and Aged Nickel Hardware.
What really sets this particular model apart though is its inclusion of the La Raza fuzz circuit. Lopez commissioned his old Fender Custom Shop apprentice, Connor R. Moore of M.A.D, to design a ripping octave fuzz circuit that could be implemented right into the guitar itself. It has individual switches for both the octave and the fuzz and thumb dials for volume and gain so you can experiment to find just the right sound, all at your fingertips.
Experience the meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail that sets the Castedosa Conchers Baritone apart, delivering exceptional tone and playability for musicians who demand the best.
