Description
The Duesenberg 52 Senior is where classic elegance meets modern versatility, offering a sonic palette that's as diverse as your musical ambitions. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, this solid body electric guitar is a testament to Duesenberg's legendary German engineering. The chambered mahogany body, paired with a carved maple top, not only reduces weight but enhances resonance and brightness. The star of the show is the innovative Split/King humbucking pickup, offering a trio of tones: the full, robust voice of a humbucker, the crisp clarity of a genuine single-coil, and the unique dual single-coil sound. This makes the 52 Senior a versatile companion, whether you’re laying down shimmering rhythms or tearing through powerful solos.
The hand-filling mahogany neck, crowned with a rosewood fingerboard, promises effortless playability. Thanks to the Plek’d jumbo frets, every note rings with precision and clarity straight out of the box. Designed for those who crave both vintage aesthetics and cutting-edge sound, the Duesenberg 52 Senior isn’t just a guitar; it's an experience waiting to be unleashed.

great
I love this guitar. lacking a neck mic, simply adjust with the playing on the strings. The look is gorgeous, golodtop and black. perfect from blues to hardrock. needs a bit more distortion for heavy metal but can do it.

Billy Gibbons is associated with the Duesenberg 52 Senior guitar. According to Duesenberg, this guitar was custom-made for Gibbons, highlighting its perfect design with the quote, "You know what is wrong with this guitar? Nothing."
This is another of Jody Davis's guitars fitted with a P-90 pickup. 'The 52 Senior joins seamlessly with the year 1952, widely known to be a very important one in the history of the electric guitar. It displays not only classic single cutaway styling along with many characteristic Duesenberg innovations, but it manages to get away with only one pickup – and very nicely, too! Single pickup guitars that, like the 52 Senior, have a vibration-friendly, wrap-around bridge invariably possess a special dynamic transparency.'
