Disappointed
It's nice, but man - compared to the smaller Jazz IIIs I've played, playing this thing feels like trying to run a 100m sprint in combat boots. It can be done, but you have got to be prepared for it.
Solid pick, but it ain't for me.

Just great
I play rock, pop, blues, country, metal fusion. Allows for perfect pick control. Nice midrangey tone, but can be a bit clicky (something i've grown to like).
Preferred Settings + Usage:
I use a nail file a little bit to give them a beveled edge to my liking.
My Pick.
The Ultex Jazz III XL is my main pick, and I met it after a Ing tried a lot of them. In my opinion picks affect sound more than we could imagine, and not only thickness, but also the material they are made of is important. I find Ultex very natural, and similar to finger nails sound, and I use this kind of pick for Blues, Fusion and Rock solos.
That's My Pick...
...by now. I've tried so many picks and for a long time I never found the right one. Then I met this Ultex Jazz III, and I told to myself, well, this isn't bad at all. I'm not one of those guys that say every pick is the same, to me they change your sound a lot, fact noticed at the least by my privileged audience, that is myself. This one is similar to my nails sound. Maybe not the best for all, but really not bad for me.
