Anders Nystrom is confirmed to use the ES Guitars ES-86 during the "The Wacken Carnage" live performance in 2005. This is supported by the 1:16 mark (first time you get a clear look at it) in the "Bloodbath - The Wacken Carnage (2005) Full Concert" video, uploaded by GO-PROG on YouTube, getting a pretty good view of the instrument. This appearance aligns with the documented line-up and setlist, giving a source for the axes use.
In this Facebook post from the Bethlehem official account you can see Onielar playing a white ES-86 with what seems to be active pickups and a Floyd Rose Tremolo Bridge She has at least 2 of these guitars, one of them is in black with the same specifications
