From eBay's listing Fernandes introduced the Retrorocket Star Wars Storm Trooper in 2002. Based on the Fernandes Retrorocket model, these guitars have Storm Trooper graphics created by computer controlled painting process with vibrant images on the body and the neck culminating with the STAR WARS logo on the fretboard. The Star Wars Retrorockets alder body Strat style bodies, bolt on maple necks and fretboards with HSS Fernandes Vintage Elite pickups and synchronized tremolo. As it was part of the Fernandes Star Wars Collector's Series production was limited to 250 for North America and each one was individually serial numbered and came with a certificate of authenticity. They also came with a "Star Wars" molded case and a "Star Wars, Fernandes" logo plate.
