Description

Boutique styling and classic sound come together in the 59 Port Thinline. The mahogany body features a highly-figured spalted maple top, and accented by rich cream binding. The offset sound hole and side port create an open resonant tone, while still providing the rich sustain of a solid body instrument. The semi-hollow construction keeps the overall weight of the instrument low and the modern "C" neck profile makes it easy to play all day. Both the neck and fingerboard are made from eye-catching roasted flame maple. Equipped with two Rockfield P90 pickups, the 59 Port Thinline has a variety of sought-after tones for every player. These pickups sound great playing clean chords but also offer an aggressive bite when paired with overdrive. The electronics feature a three-way toggle switch to select the bridge pickup, neck pickup or both at the same time as well as a Volume and Tone knob.
