An 8-in, 8-out MIDI patchbay with extensive MIDI routing and processing capabilities.

Settings are stored in programs which can be stepped through in predefined order, or jumped to by keying in a number or by receiving a MIDI program change from an input. 8,192 programs are supported, organized into 64 banks of 128 programs each.

For each program, any of the following can be applied per MIDI input and/or output port and per MIDI channel:

Routing, splitting, merging, and rechannelizing
Keyboard split
Velocity processing
Transpose
Filtering
Controller mapping
Program change
Volume control
Sending arbitrary MIDI data

The PMM88-E can be used to instantly reconfigure an entire MIDI rig and send program changes to all attached devices in a live performance scenario.
