Whilst in Japan, I forgot all about the voltage differences, and the only thing that let me down as the TR707, which needed the correct japanese voltage...at the time the TR707 was my Master sync out to the TB303. so i could play a set, but with no TB303.. as all the modern gear worked.

Having the MSY2 allows me to leave the TR-707 at home and travel lighter. using my MPC1000 as the Main master sync..
