The SAS57 Microphone by Santo Angelo is an unidirectional cardioid microphone designed for direct miking of musical instruments.

The uniform cardioid pickup pattern isolates the main sound source while minimizing background noise.

It is recommended for miking string, percussion, and wind instruments, as well as guitar amplifiers.

Frequency response: 50Hz to 16KHz
Polar pattern: Cardioid (unidirectional)
Output impedance: 600 ohms +-20%
Polarity: Positive pressure on the capsule produces positive voltage on pin 2 in relation to pin 3 of the output connector
Output connector: XLR 3-pole male
Weight: 192g
Construction details: Injected aluminum body, rubberized paint
