    Source
  • Active pickups require frequent battery changes, which may be a drawback for some users who prefer less maintenance.

    Source
  • The Demon-6 has active pickups that offer a punchier, compressed sound ideal for heavy tones but may lack versatility for clean tones.

User experience

    Source

Build quality

  • Some owners prefer Schecter guitars manufactured in South Korea, suggesting better sound and playability compared to other production locations.

    Source

Use cases and applications

  • Owners find the active pickups perform well for clean chorus tones and heavy metal sounds, but some prefer passive pickups for a wider tonal range.

Great guitar for a great price.

I wasn’t too sure about Schecter guitars until I found this beauty. It’s a beautiful piece with a thin neck, great for metal and all you chuggers and shredders out there. I added this submission because the only version I found was the Crimson Burst edition
