The GLXD16+ thrives on Shure’s Dual Band Wireless System. By broadening the available frequency range to include both the 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz bands, the total bandwidth is amplified almost 250%. This ample bandwidth, especially in the less crowded 5.8GHz band, makes finding available channels a breeze. With Shure’s intelligent pairing and smart frequency management, multiple units can run simultaneously with no fuss. The system will even automatically choose backup frequencies and seamlessly switch to them if interference arises during a performance.

The GLXD1+ Body Pack is a potent part of this system. It comes with a premium 1/4" TS to mini-XLR cable for easy connection from your instrument to the body pack. The high-capacity, rechargeable lithium-ion battery offers a runtime of 12–17 hours per charge, depending on the band in use.
