Sounds good and tracks well
I use the TriplePlay Wireless with the TriplePlay Connect App on my iPad Pro. I usually play live in church and bars and such. I use a USB Type-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter connected to both the TriplePlay Wireless dongle and a USB-C to USB-B cable connected to my Fractal FM3. The USB Audio settings in the FM3 are set so that the digital audio routes out of output 1 along with the guitar chain audio. I turn the synth audio from the App on and off using the volume dial on the TriplePlay. This setup works well so far.
I have had some instances where the App crashes but not often enough for me to worry about it. If it does happen in a live scenario, I'll just play the guitar louder. Lol. I really only use the synth sounds to emulate horns and woodwind instruments in small sections of songs. If it didn't work on a couple of songs because it crashed, no big deal to me. Luckily though this hasn't happened live yet (fingers crossed) it's only happened a few times when rehearsing.
Anyway. I like it and it works. Try it out for yourself and see if it works for you.

Wireless MIDI Pickup for guitar players...amazing !!!
Wireless MIDI Pickup for guitar players...amazing !!! When I saw it I just want to have it. I check everything and regardless the price, a little bit excessive but when you have the hole package with virtual instruments softwares and the flexibility for play and recording you just forget everything. Also I recommend the Foot Controller a handful tool

At 5:26 in this video Vernon says "I've been experimenting with Fishman Triple play which is amazing".
Fishman was kind enough to send me their MIDI guitar pickup. And I used that to make the charts for my play along version of the records. I have a play along version you can buy off my website – where you can take the guitar mix, or the bass mix, or the drum mix, and turn them off and play along or solo the tracks..
Thanks to Fishman and their guitar controller we’re able to get the notes into the computer so that Digital Performer can spit out those charts.
Yeah, the TriplePlay. And it was just infinite help writing those charts – oh, my God.
