Vintage Audio: Shure M67 Mic Mixer | Telos Alliance

telosalliance.com

The Shure M67 microphone mixer stands the test of time, celebrated for its rugged design and reliability. Initially embraced by broadcasters, its solid state build and ease of service have kept it relevant decades later, especially in home studios. However, while it boasts a simple setup and is user-friendly, its XLR connectors can be a weak point, requiring occasional replacements. Furthermore, the lack of modern features might deter some users seeking more advanced capabilities. Overall, the M67 is a nostalgic piece of gear that still delivers, but it may not satisfy those looking for cutting-edge technology.

Good saturation!

This little thing gives versatile vintage saturation just by turning the gain and volume knobs. Very good on drums and guitars. It’s surprising that it’s still so cheap on eBay.
