Description

These are my handmade, hand wired clones of an old school sustain/fuzz made around '73/74 that has been nicknamed the "Violet Rams head" by many, but with a few little twists. I have used BC108's for the transistors giving a little "fizzle" in the top end. This version of the original BM had slightly less gain but way more "harmonics" than later models and re-issues and this one is still lower gain but higher than my standard RH with more mids. The circuit is mainly based on the classic "version 2 Violet" and is housed in my hand made stainless steel enclosures.

These are full sounding fuzz with a less pronounced mid sccop and more output than some others in the series. Check my blog for more details.
