In Adam’s recent Instagram live he showed off his synth collection - included was the Juno 106, that has been no doubt used for the War On Drugs’ upcoming album.
In this Adam can also be found stating that the Juno 106 is his 'favourite synth' and that whenever he uses another synth, he always ends up trying to recreate the sound of the Juno.

When releasing their highly acclaimed album, 'A Deeper Understanding', Adam decided to put what synths were used on each track in the Liner Notes and Credits. As we can see from above the Prophet 12 was used by The War On Drugs keyboardist Robbie Bennett on the song 'Up All Night' and 'Thinking of a Place'. The War On Drugs also took the Prophet 12 on tour with them after the release of 'A Deeper Understanding'.
