Description
Step back in time with the 2003 Gibson Les Paul Custom '57 Reissue, a guitar that pays homage to the iconic late-'50s Black Beauty Les Pauls. This reissue is more than just a nod to the past; it's a celebration of vintage craftsmanship with modern precision. Built with a rich mahogany body and adorned with an elegant ebony fretboard, this guitar is designed to resonate with the soul of any musician who craves that classic Les Paul sound.
The magic lies in its Burstbucker pickups, which capture the essence of the original PAF humbuckers, delivering a warm, creamy tone that suits any genre from blues to rock. Whether you're laying down smooth licks or shredding solos, the Burstbuckers ensure clarity and power in every note. Choose between a traditional stop-bar tailpiece or a Bigsby for added flair, catering to your personal playing style.
The 2003 reissue also offers a rare Brazilian rosewood fretboard option for those lucky enough to find one, adding an extra layer of exclusivity to this already remarkable instrument. This guitar isn't just a tool for musicians; it's a piece of history, a collector's dream, and a testament to Gibson's enduring legacy.

Classic Power and Versatility
I have been an LP Custom guy since the beginning. Growing up in the 70's I used to salivate staring at the shots of Ace Frehley and Peter Frampton's three-pickup beasts. The '57 reissue is an exceptional guitar because it has the spec's of the 50's guitar, including the fat neck, great pickups and I was lucky enough to find it in this unique color not often seen, I think they called it just Mahogany. Just a great guitar that is worth the price and actually appreciates over time.
