Critic Reviews

Audio-Technica AT-LP60XBT review | TechRadar

techradar.com

The Audio-Technica AT-LP60XBT is a stellar starter turntable that delivers great value for its price. Its easy setup and wireless Bluetooth connectivity make it perfect for beginners looking to enjoy vinyl without the hassle of cables. However, while the sound is warm and inviting, it lacks the detail and attack some audiophiles crave, and the materials used give it a somewhat flimsy feel. Still, for those seeking a budget-friendly entry into vinyl, this turntable stands out as a strong contender.

positive

Audio-Technica AT-LP60XBT review | What Hi-Fi?

whathifi.com

The Audio-Technica AT-LP60XBT offers decent sound and Bluetooth convenience but falls short in build quality and detail. While it boasts an easy-to-use, fully automatic design, the lightweight plastic construction feels cheap, leaving a sense of underwhelming value. Sound-wise, it performs adequately but struggles with detail, particularly in dense mixes, leading to a muddled listening experience. It's a passable entry-level turntable; however, serious vinyl enthusiasts may want to look elsewhere.

negative

Audio-Technica AT-LP60XBT review | Louder

loudersound.com

A retro design and robust Bluetooth connection define the Audio-Technica AT-LP60XBT, which offers a warm, balanced soundstage that pleases the audiophile without breaking the bank. However, its lightweight construction feels a bit cheap, and there's a noticeable lack of crispness in higher frequencies. While it might not satisfy every discerning listener, for under $200, it presents an excellent value for casual music lovers seeking a wireless turntable experience.

practical

i like it. not much else i can say about that. it does suck that it only supports 3.5 mm jack, but for what it's worth, it's not bad. if you just need something to play records, go for it. it's not that crazy expensive either.

Does exactly what it's supposed to very well

While it is missing a few things -- notably a 78 rpm option -- it's really high quality compared to lots of other turntables. If you're looking for a really good turntable, I'd go with something better, an LP120 or something, but if you just want something to play your LPs with bluetooth speakers, this is for you.
