My impressions after nearly 20 years of use are that Technics is, as usual, with its direct-drive turntable models geared towards "mix" (pitchable), of very good quality.
If we leave out the slight inconvenience of minor variations in the rotation speed of the record when the adjustment passes through the zero level (I got used to it quickly and instinctively use some compensation strategies), it should be noted that I encountered the same phenomenon on the previous types SL 1200 MK2 as well as on a model that I currently own SL 1210 Mk5g. So to summarize, I am very satisfied and highly recommend the various models mentioned above.
