For a bit more snap and twang, Shirley plays this Elliott ET. This T-style rocks a unique “gold foil” single-coil pickup in the neck position and a Telewacker pickup in the bridge. (Both pickups are made by Elliott.) Shirley strings this guitar up with a set of Snake Oil .0095-gauged strings.
