Really Box-y Tone
I had two of these! One with the vibrato and the other with a trapeze tailpiece. They're incredibly bright, and sound a lot like a cigar box guitar. My guess on this is the plywood body. As far as playing goes, the frets are tiny and make it easy in the hands. If you fret too hard or let your arm pull the neck down, it'll easily bend out of tune. I got these more for what they are than quality of guitar, but I love them. It's not every day you come across a Rick copy, and who knows how long until they make EB take this post down.
