Fender Telecaster 72' Deluxe
I can only start this review by saying: This is an amazing guitar.
This is such a versatile and simple guitar it's unbelieveable. Most people would instantly recognise the unusual setup, resembling that of a Les Paul (Double humbuckers, volume and tone controls etc.) But it still has the amazing sound most people would associate with a telecaster. The build quality is perfect from what I can tell, with little to no issues.
The big thing people will have no choice but to acknowledge is the relic. The guitar is made to look like a very well used guitar, and that's an understatement. Personally, I like the look (Generally because I'm quite heavy handed and tend to make a lot of scratched and bumps on my own.) But I can see why people might dislike the look and aesthetic of the guitar.
My only issue so bar would be a slight issue with the bridge. The saddle for the Low E string doesn't tend to sit right, and the sixth string is very easy to slip of the edge of the neck as it sits a little it too close off the side. I believe this is to do with the previous owner however, as I picked it up second hand.
Overall I would definitely give this guitar a try.

what makes an original deluxe really special is not just the LP latout but that the old widerange humbuckers actually had screws cut from a magnetic material called CUNIFE that's sorta like alnico but less brittle. They did not have bar magnets under the couls like a Gibson bucker. Seth Lover who invented the humbucker designed them during his time at Gibson in an attempt to hybrid the LP and Tele sound in a hum cancelling pickup that was thick and snappy at the same time and old ones achieve this admirably though the frequency response is 'unique' due to the weird magnet alloy. The modern ones are regular humbuckers potted into wide range covers. You can stillg et a few people like Curtis Novak to make you wide range replicas if you wanna know whats up with the guitar as nature intended.
