Fender Vintera II Bass VI review: the ultimate bass for guitarists?

guitar.com

Fender's Vintera II '60s Bass VI brings vintage flair back in style, offering an authentic upgrade for Squier devotees. Its impressive build and sonic depth make it a standout, yet the high price may deter casual experimenters. While it excels in sound and playability, the Vintera's vintage quirks, like its truss rod placement and bridge design, might frustrate some. For Bass VI enthusiasts seeking top-tier quality without going custom or vintage, it's a worthy choice. However, those merely curious might find the more affordable Squier Classic Vibe a safer bet for exploration.

Great middle ground between Squier and Fender Custom Shop

While the price of the Mexican made Fenders is a bit much. The quality is rock solid, stays intonated, and in tune well.
