Infernus can be seen using the Guild X79 Skyhawk in this live footage from 1995. This guitar can be seen clearly from the time frame 02:30 to 03:03, and 05:10 to 05:44.
As evident from the footage, he used some sort of aftermarket humbuckers with zebra coil in his X79 Skyhawk. The details about the humbuckers used in his Skyhawk are unknown.
