Step into the groove with the Guild Surfliner Deluxe - Evergreen Metallic, a stylish solid body electric guitar that beautifully fuses classic aesthetics with contemporary features. Paying homage to the iconic heritage of vintage Guilds, the Surfliner Deluxe takes its inspiration from the eccentric shapes and unique designs that have long been a signature of Guild's lineage.

The guitar boasts a roasted maple neck that not only lends it a rich, aged appearance, but also adds stiffness and stability to the instrument. The smooth satin finish and C-shaped 25.5" scale neck provide a comfortable playing experience.

The Surfliner Deluxe is also the first of its kind to feature a Guild Floating Vibrato Tailpiece (GFVT), opening up new avenues of playing styles. From subtle flutters to deep swells, the GFVT is capable of a broad range of vibrato effects and allows for ultimate control of bar tension.

Almost perfect

This guitar is one of the best guitars under $1000. It's very well-done and fun to play with. The only thing I'd correct is the need for an allen key to set up the vibrato handle. I usually take it out to protect the bridge during transport and it's tedious to set up since the screw is in the worst place possible and it's very easy to lose! Overall though, the guitar is a favorite!
