Description
Introducing the Ibanez Bass Workshop BTB846V-ABL, a remarkable innovation from the Ibanez Bass Workshop, designed to push the boundaries of conventional bass designs. This 6-string bass guitar is crafted with the vision to fulfill the specific needs of a unique player, as well as to inspire new dimensions of creativity.
An excellent choice for players eager to explore the upper region of the fretboard, the BTB846V is tuned from B to C. Its 33" scale neck is perfect for playing chords and soloing. What sets this bass guitar apart is the height adjustable Poplar burl Finger Ramp, a feature that encourages a lighter playing technique, promoting a broader dynamic range and superior tone.
The BTB846V exhibits a blend of Mahogany with a Poplarbur/Ash top, complemented by a Jatoba fingerboard adorned with Abalone inlays. The Mono-Rail VS bridge ensures optimum adjustment for superior intonation. The electronics of this bass guitar embody the excellent tone of Bartolini BH2 pickups through an Ibanez 3-band EQ with a mid-frequency selector switch, offering advanced tone control.
Key Features: - Stainless steel frets known for bright tone, long durability, and smoothness to bend on. - Jatoba fingerboard with a rich mid-range and crisp high end. - "Zero" fret for accurate intonation, allowing open strings to ring with the same resonance as notes played up the neck. - Adjustable saddles to accommodate various playstyles. - Bartolini BH2 pickups for a tight bottom-end, punchy mid-range, and smooth response. - Ibanez Custom Electronics 3-band EQ with 3-way mid-frequency switch for enhanced tonal variations. - Neutrik locking jack for stable and secure connections.
