The Matias Kupiainen Custom Ruokangas Hellcat is a premium, boutique-built electric guitar handcrafted in Finland by Ruokangas Guitars specifically for Stratovarius’ lead guitarist Matias Kupiainen, combining metal-ready performance with exquisite craftsmanship.
Designed around the Hellcat platform a model geared toward players who demand precision, clarity and aggressive tone this custom instrument features premium tonewoods, high-end hardware and unique personal touches that reflect Kupiainen’s playing style and tonal preferences.
Each Ruokangas guitar is individually handmade by master luthiers without serial production, ensuring top-tier build quality, both in feel and resonance.
The Hellcat’s sleek body, smooth fretboard and versatile pickup setup make it equally at home delivering searing lead lines and articulate rhythm tones across clean and distorted settings ideal for progressive metal and technical playing.
