In a photo sourced from Pinterest, Zacky Vengeance is seen playing a left-handed Schecter 006-Elite, identifiable by the three knobs which indicate the elite version.
This was his main guitar in the early days of Seether all the way up to Disclaimer II. This can also be seen in the Fine Again music video. Replaced by the Schecter PT guitars.

I also just added a picture from the 2004 Schecter catalog where you can see the guitar better. The trans black maple top and the single coil pickup make it a 006 Elite probably 2002.
Update: I found out that Saosin had made a forum post back in the early 00’s about the gear used on their Translating The Name EP where they state that Schecter 006 Elites were used to record lead guitars. Screenshot is attached.
