A Forgotten Classic
The Westbury Deluxe is a Japanese-made electric with a hard maple body, maple neck, and rosewood fretboard. It sports two DiMarzio pickups, with a Super Humbucker at the bridge and a Super Distortion at the neck. With such expensive hardware and a high build quality, the low price point of the Westbury was not enough to generate a profit, and production ceased after just four years.
