On the mark 13:31 of this video, Mike talks about his EarthQuaker Devices Avalanche Run. It's his second delay pedal and he uses it live when he needs a tap delay.

On the mark 6:58 of this video, Mike talks about his Fender Player Plus Telecaster that was gifted to him by Joe Trohman from Fall out Boy after their guitars were stolen. Mike says that this is his number one guitar. It has a hot rail on the bridge position, probably thanks to Joe.

According to this article posted by Premier Guitar, Mike Kinsella currently uses a pair of Fender Deluxe Reverb reissues while on tour with American Football.

"Fenders have long been part of the band’s tone and on this North American run Kinsella used a pair of Fender Deluxe Reverb reissues. He’s plugging into them both to give a fuller, spacier, dreamier stereo effect."

In this YouTube video of a live performance of "The One with the Tambourine" during the solo section around the 3:00 minute mark you can see Mike Kinsella grab a unknown branded Ebow sustainer device to get the infinite sustains sound you hear during the solo (note I don't know what ebow he uses so I just selected the first one)
