Description
Introducing the Keeley Oxblood Overdrive V2, an original creation designed to satisfy every musician's sonic cravings. This pedal is the answer to the market's demand for something unique and powerful, a beast of burden when inspiration strikes. Perfectly blending from clean to amp-crushing roar, the Oxblood Overdrive makes any guitar sound incredible with its impossibly huge and focused midrange.
With the ability to roll off the Drive Control, you can dial in any amount of distortion and volume, pushing your amp into pure tonal nirvana. The Oxblood offers two ways to clip and saturate your signal with overtones, ensuring a sound that's magical, mythical, and monstrously satisfying.
The pedal's Bass Response, controlled by a Phat Switch, cuts the bass response to give you that classic Screamer or K-like midrange. The Clipping Switch allows you to sing with near infinite sustain or stand on your amp like a chief, providing a wide range of tones from Texas rock to bold Strat sounds. The pedal also offers precise control over Tone, Volume, and Drive, allowing you to dial in the perfect sound for your needs.
The Oxblood Overdrive was designed by Robert Keeley and Craighton Hale, with valuable insight from Jack Orman. This is your chance to enjoy a brand new creation, designed to outperform any clone.

Very useful in conjunction with other pedals
I currently put it after my other overdrives and its uncompressed bite zero'd in on the tone I was looking for. The key is the "Tone" knob. If you don't hear enough low end with "Phat" off than lower the Tone and raise the level a bit. This also nails fuzz tones with "Phat" on and "Gain" up.

Coming from my afro-beat funk background, I love wah; I have a Fulltone Clyde. I also have an A3 Stompbox Volume pedal, a Voodoo Lab Tremolo, a TC Electronic PolyTune, and a Keeley Oxblood Overdrive and Magnetic Echo. I also have an A3 Stompbox Awesome Drive. I’m a big fan of EarthQuaker Devices – I have their Dunes Overdrive, Dispatch Master – and a Chase Bliss Audio Dark World. I love my pedalboard, but I want to get another one that’s even weirder (laughs).
