Description
Avantone Pro CLA-10 is a modern re-creation of the classic studio monitor, designed meticulously to deliver the same iconic sound that has defined the music industry for the last three decades. This passive near field monitor is a result of a brilliant collaboration with the renowned mixer, Chris Lord Alge. This partnership ensures that the performance of the CLA-10 faithfully matches that of the original speakers that have been the backbone of countless hit records.
The construction of the monitor is equally impressive as the sound. The 18mm MDF cabinet is wrapped in a real wood veneer, giving it a premium look and feel. The rear terminal plate has been upgraded to a higher grade connector to ensure superior performance.
The AV10-MHF tweeter dome has been engineered through a painstaking process to match the original performance curve. This is done in-house to ensure consistency with every batch. The AV10-MLF woofer, on the other hand, uses custom tooled mechanical parts to match the original NS10M, making it a drop-in replacement.
The Avantone Pro CLA-10 is, without a doubt, a remarkable piece of equipment that blends tradition and innovation to recreate the sound that has been the heartbeat of the music industry for decades.
