Good, but............
I own the Korg ms20 vst, and the iMS-20, and the Behringer K2, and the PS-20 just doesn't have as much filter bite. It's also very heavy on cpu, and with a 3.8ghz intel quad-core PC with 32gb of ram, it was stuttering with 2 instances. The presets are pretty fat sounding, and it does sound good, but the cpu use is a big problem. It makes a very authentic vintage sound, similar to OMD in the early 80s, and it's very good at that, but I know the Korg Ms20 is capable of sounding ultra modern as well, and I don't get that from the PS-20, but......it has polyphony, which the ms-20 doesn't have. It's a great addition, but then you're hamstrung by the CPU usage again. It also has a 3 track 8 note sequencer. I paid £23 for it, and for that price, it's a great synth. It has shortcomings, yes, but hopefully they'll be rectified with some updates.
