Setup and maintenance
-
Ensure the neck is not bowed or twisted. A straightedge should land on the upper corner of the bridge, not fall more than 1/16” below it.
Source -
Verify truss rod functionality. An allen-key adjustment head should not be stripped and must be adjustable to prevent buzzing.
Source -
Correct string clearance for relief is around .005”/.13mm; adjustments may vary based on playing style.
Source -
Check for top belly issues, which can affect action and intonation. Solutions include a neck reset or using a JLD bridge doctor, though the latter may affect tone.
Source -
Inspect for rattling wires inside electronics, as adhesive cable clips may dry up and cause noise.
Source
Other
-
Maintaining humidity between 40-50% is ideal to preserve the Adirondack wood's integrity and prevent warping.

Small on hand, BIG ON STAGE
It sounds REALLY big on stage. Thanks to the built-in Fishman Sonitone Pickups. I love how the volume and tone control hides just underneath the soundhole. The Solid Spruce Top on this beast helps it sound better when it's unplugged. Though small due to its 3/4 size, it still projects great resonance. Overall, great sounding guitar.
