The Pick up Tappo Piezo Contact Microfono / Piezo Transducer Pickup is a contact microphone that uses a piezoelectric transducer to convert vibrations from solid surfaces (e.g., acoustic instrument bodies, metal, wood, percussion) into an electrical signal. These pickups do not capture air-borne sound like conventional mics instead, they detect vibration energy where they are physically attached.
