Introducing the Darkglass Electronics Microtubes 900 v2, a 900-watt Bass Head that sets a new benchmark for solid-state transistor amplifiers. This powerful bass head is a one-channel powerhouse designed for the discerning bassist. It is equipped with an analogue preamplifier, complete with switchable vintage microtubes and microtube B3K drive circuits, offering a wide range of tonal possibilities.
The Microtubes 900 v2 also boasts a latency-compensated post DI with digital speaker simulation, resulting in crisp, clear output that maintains the integrity of your bass tone. The headphone output with speaker simulation allows for silent practice without compromising on tone.

Bassist Alex Webster has confirmed through his Instagram account that he has replaced his entire pedal board with the Darkglass Electronics Microtubes 900 v2 - 900-watt Bass Head for his live setup. He mentioned, "I’ve started using a Darkglass Microtubes 900 v2 as my live amp head... I realized I could probably replace my entire pedal board with this head... The head has a built-in compressor, pre and post DI’s out on the back, and the B3K overdrive circuit built in." This change simplifies his setup while maintaining the sound quality he requires.
