Fender Classic Player '60s Stratocaster review | MusicRadar

musicradar.com

Fender's Classic Player '60s Stratocaster delivers an impressive blend of vintage aesthetics and modern playability, featuring a stunning sonic blue finish and Custom '69 pickups that pack a punch. The craftsmanship reflects the expertise of Custom Shop masterbuilders, ensuring a quality instrument at a reasonable price. However, it falls slightly short compared to its '50s counterpart in performance, which may leave some players yearning for a bit more. Overall, it's a fantastic option for those looking to channel classic Strat sounds with a contemporary edge.

vintage looks, modern feel, great value

the neck profile is on the modern side, but not too thin. the 12" fretboard radius makes playing a breeze. the custom 69 pickups are a nice touch too, and the light sonic blue finish ages wonderfully
