Classic Jaguar Style with a little extra "BITE"
The clasic player jaguar feels exactly like you would expect a vintage jag to feel, but it comes with a few modern features. Some of the updates that i like the best are the hotter single coil pickups in this model. They definitely sound better than your usual stock pups. That being said, upgrading to some aftermarket pickups could push the guitar even more.
this model also features a tone cut switch, an Adjusto-Matic™ bridge, and a neck pocket with increased back-angle for improved stability and sustain.
It's pretty fantastic considering you can get it new for under a grand.
FEATURES
Neck pocket optimized for better neck pitch 9.5”-radius rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets Dual special design “hot” single-coil Jaguar pickups On/off slider switch for each pickup Two-position tone cut switch Classic Jaguar “lead”/“rhythm” dual-circuit design with volume and tone control for each Adjusto-Matic bridge with vintage-style “floating” tremolo tailpiece and tremolo lock button
