Jacob Slater uses a Fender MIJ Limited Edition Traditional ‘60s Telecaster , as evidenced by his performance of "July" at the end of his set at Glastonbury 2025. This is corroborated by footage available on BBC iPlayer titled "Glastonbury - Wunderhorse." Additionally, he can be seen playing this guitar in a YouTube video titled "Jacob Slater 2019.04.19." Pretty sure its based of the 60s but this guitar is my best guess.
