All Jazzmasters are Special...
I've had a total of three Jazzmaster builds. This one I currently own is a hard tail Jazzmaster with a single humbucking pickup. Inspired by Matt Skiba's run with Blink-182. It's a fun guitar, super light and resonant. Locking staggered tuners, Wilkinson locking offset saddles, bone nut and an EMG Dirty Middle Finger humbucker in the bridge. Does the Punk thing really well but can surprisingly handle much more than that. Also has a coil split and a treble bleed circuit for a little more flexibility.

Frank has a Fender "Partscaster" Jazzmaster in his collection. the partscaster name comes from the guitar being built from different, non stock, parts. The guitar was bought while Frank was on tour. the guitar is comprised of a 50s Body, and a 90s neck. He states that when he bought it the pickguard was wrong, and non functional. He liked the guitar because of how unique it was. Frank figured "it makes sound, I can make it work"
