Great Buy!

For the money, you cannot go wrong with Fender's Standard series guitars. They are US Parts, Mexican made, but then inspected in the US. So you essentially get an American Standard at half the price! And the cool touch about the Plus Top series is that you get a BEAUTIFUL quilted maple top added. They come in SSS or HSS configurations, and two finishes: Aged Cherry Burst (Maple Fretboard - The one I have) and Tobacco Burst (Rosewood Fretboard). They have an ever-so-slightly chunkier neck than the normal American Standard which I LOVE with my big hands, and it also adds some great sustain. You cannot go wrong with this guitar!!!

Love it!

Fanstastic neck, gorgeous finish, with lackluster pickups. Exchanged for Tex-Mex pickups.
