This is Munky’s current signature model made by Ibanez. He was seen using this guitar during their last tour and possibly even the recording of “The Nothing”.
The APEX30 is a seven-string solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2020. It is a signature model of American guitarist James "Munky" Shaffer, known for his work with the nu metal band Korn, and a part of Munky's APEX series. It is produced in Indonesia and replaced the APEX20.
Unlike previous Apex models which were based on the RG-bodied Universe series guitar which Shaffer used in the early days of Korn, the APEX30 uses an RGA series body.
The APEX30 has a maple top on a nyatoh body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret ebony fingerboard with no inlays. Components include a pair of direct-mounted DiMarzio Blaze humbucking pickups, an Evertune bridge and Gotoh machine heads.
In this YouTube video at 2:02 we can see Munky explaining that this guitar is one of his favorites. He also can be seen using it at the start of the video.
