Description
The Ibanez Ichika Signature ICHI10 in Vintage White Matte is an electric guitar designed for the music creator who values both aesthetics and performance. This instrument is a signature model of internet sensation and respected guitarist Ichika, known for his unique blend of complex techniques and his distinctive sound.
The Ibanez ICHI10 is based on the headless Q series from Ibanez, upholding the specifications and design of the Q54, but with several unique modifications. This guitar features three Ibanez R1 single-coil pickups rather than the standard HSS configuration, offering enhanced tonal clarity and bright, glassy sounds. This setup is perfect for balancing the rhythmic and percussive elements in Ichika's playing.
The instrument is constructed with a nyatoh body, a Wizard roasted maple neck, and a fingerboard with jumbo stainless steel frets. This combination not only provides a visual appeal but also contributes to the guitar's versatility, creating a rich mid-low end sound.

Very nice and easy to play
I feel like playing this guitar as my first (owned) electric guitar ruined me for anything else. The stainless frets are nice and thick, and the strings feel lower tension than any other guitar I've touched (squier strats, epiphone lp, schecter). The string heights also are unique to most new guitars, the strings follow the gentle curve of the fretboard, so the middle strings are higher above the pickups than the strings on the side like the low and high E. This makes selective picking and hybrid picking so much gentler and more natural feeling compared to a guitar with a flat string layout (ig you could make any other guitar like this if you wanted tho). Tuning stays rock solid, and the paint on mine was also okay. Overall I think this guitar is too gentle for my first, but that's what I wanted; though not necessarily needed as my first.

a more manageable normal guitar for most, but I would definitely spend a little more for the headless if you really like Ichika.
