Description
The Ibanez JBM27 7-string electric guitar channels the progressive vision of Periphery's Jake Bowen into a sleek, performance-ready instrument that doesn't compromise on quality. Built for the modern metal guitarist, the JBM27 features the signature DiMarzio Titan pickups, meticulously crafted for tight, articulate tones that capture every nuance of your playing. The mahogany body with a maple top ensures a powerful tonal foundation, delivering aggressive bite and low-end authority that 7-string players demand.
The guitar's 3-piece maple Wizard II-7 neck is designed for speed and precision, supporting complex riffs and high-register solos with ease. Its satin finish promotes smooth, fast transitions across the fretboard, while the all-access neck joint allows for unhindered playability at the upper frets. This is further enhanced by a bound jatoba fretboard with 24 jumbo frets, adding warmth and sustain to your sound.
For those who like to push their instruments to the limit, the JBM27's Edge Zero II-7 tremolo system offers expressive control without sacrificing tuning stability. Combined with Gotoh MG-T locking machine heads, this ensures your tuning remains rock-solid, even under the most aggressive playing conditions.
Bold aesthetics such as the reverse headstock and sleek contours complete the JBM27, making it a guitar that not only performs exceptionally but also looks the part on any stage.

7 Strings of wonder!
Jake Bowen's application for 7 string guitars in Periphery is what drew me to checking out this signature model. I have no regrets with this guitar. If you see one, try it out.
