Description
Designed in collaboration with Joe Duplantier of Gojira, the JOE DUPLANTIER SIGNATURE PRO-MOD SAN DIMAS® STYLE 2 is a powerhouse solid body electric guitar that caters to the extreme demands of modern metal. Crafted with an all-mahogany body, this guitar exudes durability and resonance, making it a striking presence on any stage. The mahogany neck, paired with a sleek ebony fingerboard, provides a responsive feel that's perfect for both intricate solos and aggressive riffs.
At the heart of this guitar are the DiMarzio PAF 36th Anniversary neck pickup and the Joe Duplantier Signature DiMarzio Fortitude bridge pickup, delivering a dynamic range of tones from classic warmth to savage crunch. The special contoured heel and heel-mount truss rod adjustment wheel ensure effortless playability and quick neck relief adjustments. Featuring a compound-radius fingerboard that transitions smoothly from 12” to 16”, and 22 jumbo frets, the guitar is built for speed and precision.
The Pro-Mod's thoughtful design extends to its hardware, including a compound-radius compensated bridge with an anchored tailpiece, Charvel locking tuners, and a knurled volume control knob strategically positioned for uninterrupted play. Finished in natural satin to showcase the raw wood grain, with subtle chrome hardware and a black pickguard, this guitar balances elegance with ferocity, making it a standout choice for players who demand both performance and aesthetics.
