The Whorl Rotary by Klowra
The Whorl Rotary is a compact digital rotary speaker pedal designed to recreate the movement, modulation, and spatial characteristics of classic Leslie-style rotating speaker cabinets. Using advanced physical modeling, it simulates horn and drum rotation, rotor inertia, air friction, and Doppler effects to deliver an authentic rotary speaker experience. The pedal offers multiple performance modes, including traditional dual-speed operation, touch-responsive dynamic acceleration, and realistic brake functions. Three cabinet voicings provide different tonal and spatial characteristics, ranging from classic rotary sounds to larger cabinet simulations and distant microphone perspectives. Its modern feature set, compact enclosure, and USB-C firmware support make it a versatile solution for guitarists seeking expressive rotary textures.
