Description
Channel the spirit of the 1960s with the Electro-Harmonix Good Vibes pedal. This modern reincarnation of the iconic chorus/vibrato effect brings together the past and the present in perfect harmony. Much like the original Uni-Vibe, the Good Vibes pedal uses photocells to create a warm, undulating, liquid groove. But don't be fooled - this isn't just a tribute act. With boosted power rails, this pedal offers 21st-century definition and headroom, letting your sound shine through even in the most crowded mix.
For those who like to take control, you'll love the built-in expression pedal input. This gives you free-form control over speed or intensity, allowing for on-the-fly adjustments during your performance. And with true bypass, you can be confident that your signal will remain pure and uncolored when the pedal is not in use. A touch of vintage, a dash of innovation, and a whole lot of groove - that's the Electro-Harmonix Good Vibes pedal for you.

Weird power supply ruins it.
Inconsistent performance on standard 9v power. Not practical on my pedalboard for that reason.

Will suck your tone away from you
This pedal will only sound any good on a neck pickup; anywhere else, and it sucks away every last ounce of low end you have, and becomes painful. Wouldn't recommend, unless you've got some way to compensate (though I'd suggest you simply look elsewhere)
Great on a budget.
Leanne Trachy uses this as one of her main modulations. Classic modulations effects like phase, and univibe are highly praised by her.

best retro prog sounding pedal period
