Description
Embrace the swirling sonic textures of a vintage rotary speaker without the bulk, with the BOSS RT-2 Rotary Ensemble Pedal. This compact powerhouse puts the renowned Leslie rotary effect at your feet, perfect for guitarists, bassists, and keyboardists alike. Bringing the essence of legendary rotary speakers to your pedalboard, the RT-2 employs state-of-the-art BOSS modeling to authentically capture the rich depth and movement of classic rotary cabinets.
The pedal features three distinctive rotary modes: Mode I delivers a faithful vintage tone, Mode II broadens the spatial range for increased depth, and Mode III enhances modulation and presence, perfect for solo performances. With a Drive knob inspired by tube circuits, you can add everything from subtle warmth to gritty overdrive, while a rear-panel switch allows you to adjust the tonal balance between the horn and bass rotors.
Real-time control is at your fingertips, with a footswitch that toggles between fast and slow rotor speeds and bypass, and the option to connect external footswitches or an expression pedal for further customization. The RT-2's virtual rotor display visually simulates the motion of the rotors, providing an immersive experience that adds a dynamic layer to your live sound.
Key Features:
- Three rotary modes offering vintage and modern sounds

- Real-time speed control and effect bypass via footswitch

Sensational piece of kit
A very convincing Lesley sound. The drive feature is really cool.
Straight out of the box with everything at midnight is a rewarding starting point. It’s a beautiful sound. But the real magic happens when you play around with it, it’s impossible to dial in a bad sound. Hours of fun guaranteed. Also a very useful unit for keys.
After two weeks it has taken up permanent residence on my board.
