In this video at 1:50 Petrucci's Guitar Tech Maddi Schieferstein states:
"So this was a Guitar that they made a one-off for NAAM and this is uh, a very loud Purple-Sparkle Guitar and uh; Black Hardware, Sonic Ecstasy Pickups... This ones made out of Basswood with a Maple Cap, Mahogany Neck, and then the other thing they did with this was they did Binding on the edges of the Fretboard..." ...He splits up the "Images" set somtimes between this or a Monarchy."
To keep up with demands of requests from his viewers, Eric needed something to keep up that was similar in feel to his long-time owned Squier, but has 24 frets and a trem system. He decided on a Sterling, and has since been very happy with it, using it on a bulk of his videos since.
