Great Mod Setup
I put an Original Floyd Rose and swapped the bridge to an EMG 81TW, added Dunlop strap locks, and Graph Tech ratio locking tuners. I replaced all the wiring with an EMG solderless kit and run 1 volume with an EMG-PA2 preamp, and love it. This setup beats my $3K USA Jackson and my USA Charvel!!!
P.S. I have the Seafoam Green one!
A note on the new Floyd Rose bridges made in the USA, they are NOT on par with the German ones! Definitely a downgrade in quality, and it seems a different steel.
